What do you Like most about the feature?

“I find the importing feature to be very straightforward to use and extremely user friendly. Linking columns between the table and the .csv file is simple and easy to use, and even includes a “autolink” feature if your column names match exactly.
Furthermore, the ability to save and load a configuration allows you to test that an import will work properly in training before it even touches live data. This prevents massive mistakes from being made, keeping your precious data safe!”

What benefits have you seen to your job role/ business since using the feature?

“All in all, importing in Merlin is a tremendous improvement over what we experienced in our previous system. Back then, the interface was not intuitive and it crashed if you pressed one wrong button. In comparison, the Merlin import feature is fast, straightforward, and highly effective. I couldn’t imagine trying to update the costs of thousands of products by hand. Merlin does all the heavy lifting for you.”

Stock Take – Take A Snapshot

What do you Like most about the feature?

“On our previous system I used to have to wait until we’d finished and processed the stock take before being able to take on any more stock, with the snapshot feature I can still carry on taking on stock whilst the warehouse gets on with the stock take. As I also input the stock count this allows me time to do it when it’s quieter in the office.”

What benefits have you seen to your job role/ business since using the feature?

“No backlog in purchase order processing means the system can always shows current stock figures and staff don’t need to keep asking me if certain stock has arrived yet.”

“The Merlin scheduler saves us countless hours per month. We have over 330 tasks in our Merlin Scheduler ranging from invoices, daily updates to Crystal reports. As we run automatic reports for both staff and customers it is like having another member of staff issuing all of this information 24/7 and they don’t want paying!”
