As a result of the current Coronavirus situation, Merlin has introduced a number of measures in order to deal with any potential impact on our Customer & Support Services and the Merlin Team.
As a business, we are following the Government guidelines on working from home, wherever possible. Where our staff are required in our head office, we ensure that social distancing rules are followed very carefully and have increased general hygiene facilities around our offices.
All members of the Merlin team now have access to laptop computers, including those members of our Support Team, normally entirely office based, in order to ensure our Support Services are unaffected and so we continue to provide the same level of support to our client base, whilst at the same time working safely from home. We are confident our Support Services will continue to be provided as normal during this unprecedented time for us all.
These new measures were trialled prior to the Government advice and as such all potential issues were raised and rectified ensuring a seamless transition to the work from home process for all our staff.
