Benefits include App-free web conferencing, Live chat & call with website visitors, and answers WhatsApp business messages.

The 3CX PBX Software can be fully integrated with Merlin and would require configuration to enable the dial-out feature.

Merlin users will be able to log into our resource centre and find our ‘Configure Merlin to work with a 3CX Telephone System’ how to guide. This guide will take you step by step through the configuration process, allowing you to use the 3CX phone system with Merlin.
