Plant and Tool Hire – This includes power tools, building equipment, garden machinery and home and leisure hire.
Skip hire and waste disposal is Frank Keys third line of products where they offer both mini and builders skips.
When Frank Key decided to look at the market with a view to updating their software, Merlin’s software stood out as the leading system for the industry. The main issues for Frank Key were that the system could handle all areas of their business including the Plant Hire and their existing data could be converted from their current system.
The directors were also looking for a system that would take them into the future and help expand their ever growing business. It was vital that they could improve the ef ciency of the trade counter and telephone sales, but as the company expanded, they had to be sure that the system they chose would also cope with the growth in users.
