Through Merlin’s integration, you have all the stock information to hand, so images, Technical notes, data sheets and safety instructions can be held against the product record. Assets can be grouped together and prices set e.g. daily, 2 day, Weekend, Weekly, Monthly rates as per your charging requirements.
Merlin allows for hire contracts to be created quickly and easily through a simple to use screen, where the users are prompted for the required information. Merlin can also raise prompts for items associated with the hire request, such as PPE, consumables, safety instructions etc. Merlin has the ability to add sales and hire items to the same contract, so no need to raise 2 separate documents. The final document can be e-mailed to the customer, reducing the need for paperwork to be printed.
