Brewery Production Control
Merlin’s Brewery Production module is part of a fully integrated suite of programs specifically designed and developed for Breweries.
Merlin provides a comprehensive and fully integrated business solution which includes all of the real time financial accounting requirements for sales, purchase and nominal ledgers. You do not need any batch updates to third party accounting software.
Merlin handles the whole brewing process including comprehensive production reporting, recipe control / bill of materials, bulk container availability and liquid transfers, stock under bond, duty reporting including duty in suspense, gyle and cask traceability.
Wireless based hand held terminals are used along with bar coded labels to control the racking into casks, the despatching of customer orders and the collection of empty casks. Merlin monitors the location of all casks and can produce a cask statement for every customer on demand.
